Food supplement developed for the three phases of sleep, based on melatonin, passionflower, California poppy, lemon balm, and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
California poppy and lemon balm extracts help reduce night awakenings.
Passionflower extract helps improve sleep quality.

Passionflower d.e. Directions for use
Adults: 1 tablet daily as needed, shortly before going to bed.
