Ingredients
Fish oil rich in EPA and DHA (Meg-3) with tocopherol-rich extract, food-grade gelatin, algal oil from Schizochytrium sp. (sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, rosemary flavouring, tocopherol-rich extract, ascorbyl palmitate) rich in DHA (life's DHATM); firming agent: glycerol.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily.
