Description
Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of an isotonic, sterile solution, at physiological pH, free of preservatives.
It is indicated for relieving states of redness and eye fatigue, protecting the eye from environmental and atmospheric factors or visual stress due mainly to prolonged use of electronic devices, intense study, prolonged driving, prolonged exposure to sunlight. NutriLen Eye Drops is a refreshing solution also indicated for those who suffer from occasional dry eyes or insufficient tearing, providing relief to the eyes and restoring daily well-being.
The combination of hyaluronic acid and glycerin gives the eye drop a protective, moisturizing and wetting action that stabilizes and replenishes the tear film and minimizes friction during blinking.
It can be administered before application and during the use of contact lenses to improve application and comfort.

Directions for use
Wash your hands thoroughly. Open the aluminum pouch. Separate the single-dose vial from the strip and open it by twisting the cap. Gently squeeze the body of the single-dose vial and instill 2-3 drops in each eye. After instillation, immediately recap the vial.
Instill 2-3 drops per eye, 2-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.15%, glycerin 0.2%, distilled Vaccinium myrtillus water, distilled Hamamelis virginiana water, distilled Chamomilla recutita water, distilled Euphrasia officinalis water, sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, monosodium phosphate monohydrate, purified water.

Warnings
The product is for ophthalmic use only; do not ingest or use other than as directed.
Once opened, the single-dose vial can be re-capped, and the remaining contents must be used within 12 hours to avoid possible contamination of the product.
Keep out of reach of children.
During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing end of the vial.
Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation.
If necessary, consult your optician about the compatibility of the eye drops with the contact lenses you use.
In case of adverse reactions during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
If necessary, consult a doctor for use in pediatric age and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Any administration of medications and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions.
In case of compromised ocular surface or damaged cornea, consult your doctor.
Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 12 hours.
