Instructions for use
1 sachet per day, to be mixed with water, yoghurt, pudding, milk (rice or soy), fruit juices, other beverages (150 ml) or blended with water and a fruit.

Warnings
A food supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, which are nevertheless important. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice. If you are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs, consult your doctor before using the product.
In case of hepatic or biliary function disorders or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. If you are taking medication, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG*) of 800 mg. Do not combine with other green tea products on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach.
