Magnesium (magnesium citrate); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, vegetable glycerol.

Directions for use
Swallow 2 tablets daily, with water, preferably distributed with meals.
