Ingredients
Coleus (Coleus forskohlii) root dry extract titrated to 10% forskohlin, astaxanthin 5% powder from Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow thallus (soy lecithin, alpha tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) fruit dry extract titrated to 25% anthocyanosides, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc sulfate, marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) flower dry extract titrated to 20% lutein and 1% zeaxanthin, maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zeaxanthin 10% powder (from Tagetes erecta L., flower), vitamin E acetate (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, hydrolysed gelatin, silicon dioxide), selenium methionine, copper sulfate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; coating agents: shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone and acetic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily, swallowed with water, preferably on a full stomach.
