Description
Food supplement based on betaine and choline, with B vitamins, D and zinc. Choline, together with folate and vitamins B6 and B12, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and also supports normal lipid metabolism, while thiamine supports normal heart function.

Ingredients
Stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose; betaine HCl, astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow thallus), choline bitartrate, vegetable capsule (coating agent: E1204); emulsifier: magnesium salts of fatty acids; nicotinamide, zinc gluconate, D-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol from lichen (vitamin D3), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), 5-L-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid), D-biotin.

Gluten and lactose free.

Take 2 capsules daily with water.
