Description
Food supplement based on Psyllium fiber, extracted from the seed coat of Plantago ovata, and the enzymes alpha-galactosidase and beta-galactosidase.
- Plantago ovata has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system).
It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.
- Beta-galactosidase (lactase) improves lactose digestion in subjects who maldigest it.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed coat); acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, beta-galactosidase; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; coloring: E120; alpha-galactosidase.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Pour the contents of one sachet of Onligol Fibre into a large glass, add water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. Any increase in the consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibre.
Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals. For correct use of the product in children under 12 years of age, consult your doctor.
Since psyllium fiber may delay the intestinal absorption of medicines, allow at least 2 hours between taking Onligol Fibre and taking medicines.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Do not take Onligol Fibre together with anti-diarrheal drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore should not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or if it is already present.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
May contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in Psyllium cultivation areas; this presence does not alter the taste or quality of the product.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
