Thermoformable splint that allows the immobilization of the thumb in a functional position, while maintaining the mobility of the other fingers and the hand's grasp. Ambidextrous model.

Instructions for use
Remove the thermoformable part from the fabric sleeve. Fill a container with hot water at 65°C. Completely immerse the thermoformable product until it becomes translucent and flattens. Position the thermoformable product on the thumb, keeping the hand in a functional position. Mold the softened thermoformable material along the line of the thumb, gently massaging without pressing. Allow to cool in this position. Insert the thermoformed product into the sleeve. Position the orthosis, closing it first on the wrist and then on the thumb using the appropriate hook-and-loop fasteners, until a firm and comfortable containment is achieved.

Washing instructions
Hand wash in lukewarm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, wring gently, lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Do not prolong the use of the product without medical advice. The product has been designed for use by one person only; do not use it on multiple people. The product should not be used in direct contact with broken skin. Do not use in case of allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to the product's components. If problems arise during the use of the product, such as the appearance of pain or obvious local signs, remove it and contact a healthcare professional. In case of a serious incident following the use of the product, contact the manufacturer and the relevant local healthcare professional. When adjusting the straps, tighten them so that they are stable but comfortable. The brace should not be used if relative or absolute immobilization or surgery is required. It is advisable, for the first time, to have the product positioned by a qualified professional and to perform subsequent repositioning independently in the same manner. Contains natural rubber latex.

Store in a dry place away from excessive heat and light.
