Ingredients
Pure freeze-dried royal jelly; titrated to 4% in 10-HDA* (37%); inulin; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; casing: vcaps® vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
* 10-hydroxydecenoic acid.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning, with water or other liquid.
