Directions for use: 20-40 drops, 2-3 times a day. Use with caution: overdosing can cause headaches.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation, which will then be more easily absorbed.
