Description
A laxative medical device that, through an osmotic mechanism, naturally regulates the intestine. Thanks to its affinity for water, PEGinpol softens the stool, facilitating evacuation without causing cramps, abdominal pain, or urgency. Its effectiveness does not diminish over time. It is neither absorbed nor fermented in the intestine, does not irritate the mucosa, and is eliminated in the stool in an unmodified form.

Ingredients
Macrogol 3350; excipients: silicon dioxide, flavor, sodium saccharin.

Gluten and lactose-free.

Instructions for use
From 6 months to 2 years (up to 12 kg): 1-2 sachets per day.
From 2 to 11 years (from 12 kg to 20 kg): 2-4 sachets per day.
Above 11 years (or > 20 kg): 2-6 sachets per day.
The daily dosage can be divided into several administrations. The dose can be increased or decreased depending on the individual response to treatment. In any case, it is advisable to consult a doctor for the most correct dosage.
Use the product in pediatric age only after medical advice. Normally, the maximum necessary dosage does not exceed 6 sachets per day.
Dissolve one sachet (5 g) in about 1/2 glass of water (about 62.5 ml). The daily dose can be divided into multiple administrations. It is recommended to take PEGinpol away from meals.

Warnings
The oral suspension should be prepared at the time of consumption.
It is advisable not to take larger quantities than indicated, as higher doses may cause unexpected side effects.
Do not use PEGinpol for more than 30 consecutive days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Do not take in case of intolerance to the product.
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to the components and to Polyethylene glycol.
Do not use in children under 6 months.
During treatment with PEGinpol, it is advisable to follow an adequate diet accompanied by the administration of an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to prevent dehydration; however, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not take if the sachet is damaged.
Each sachet is for single use and should only be taken at the time of use.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the original packaging. The indicated expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
