Description
Alcohol-free mouthwash that combats oral biofilm.
Indicated before and after dental treatments and for people with excessive dental plaque (oral biofilm) formation.

Composition
Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.12%, cetylpyridinium chloride 0.05%.

How to use
Rinse for approximately 30 seconds with 15 ml of undiluted product. Repeat the application twice a day, morning and evening, after mechanical oral hygiene. Do not swallow.
It is recommended not to rinse with water after using Perio Aid Intensive Care Mouthwash.
Most toothpastes contain anionic compounds that reduce the effectiveness of chlorhexidine. Therefore, after using these products and before using Perio Aid Intensive Care Mouthwash, rinse your mouth 3 times with plenty of water.
Perio Aid Intensive Care Gel does not contain these anionic agents and, consequently, is fully compatible with the use of Perio Aid Intensive Care Mouthwash.

Warnings
Side effects:
- in certain cases, an alteration of taste may occur and, in very rare occasions, irritation of the tongue; both effects decrease with continuous use of the product.
- this product contains chlorhexidine which may temporarily stain teeth and tongue. This may occasionally occur only after prolonged use and in the presence of certain chromogenic foods and beverages, such as red wine, coffee, tea, and in the case of smokers.
- these stains are not permanent and can be avoided with good oral hygiene, brushing, and the use of interproximal hygiene products before using the mouthwash. Stains can always be removed by an oral health professional.
- there have been reported cases, although very rare, of inflammation of the parotid glands, which disappear with the suspension of treatment.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use in case of sensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Do not expose to direct sunlight.
