Dioscorea (Dioscorea apposita thum) rhizome dry extract titrated to 6% diosgenin; Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa libosch.) root powder; Willow (Salix alba l.) bark dry extract titrated to 3% salicin; Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens dc.) root dry extract titrated to 2.5% harpagoside; Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum l.) leaves dry extract; Chinese Angelica (Angelica sinensis diels) roots dry extract; Mandarin (Citrus nobilis lour.) pericarp powder; Peony (Paeonia officinalis l.) flower powder.

Directions for use
One tablet three times a day to be swallowed with plenty of water.
