A plant-based product that combines Physiomanna LaxDepur's ability to promote gastrointestinal well-being and transit with glucomannan's ability to promote regular colon function. The addition of fennel can also help maintain normal gas development in the digestive and intestinal systems.
Physiomanna Fibra, thanks to its formulation with pure Manna from Ash, works by drawing water into the intestinal lumen. Glucomannan, a soluble vegetable fiber, absorbs water, increasing its volume and thus facilitating physiological intestinal motility.
Physiomanna Fibra, by slowing down nutrient absorption and facilitating a feeling of satiety, can also be useful in overall diets aimed at weight control/reduction.

Directions for use
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet before the main meal. For the duration of the supplementation, consult your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended to take the product with plenty of water.
