Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; Chromax Chromium [chromium (trivalent) picolinate].

Directions for use
Swallow 1 vegetable capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal.
