Directions for use:
50 drops, once a day.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be lukewarm; this will better activate the preparation and it will be absorbed more easily.
