Directions for use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops of the product (equal to 1 mg of melatonin and 2 mg of valerian d.e.) in the evening, just before going to bed, diluted in a little water. The number of drops and frequency of taking Pineal Notte Drops should be adjusted according to individual needs and requirements. Shake the bottle well before each use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Any slight variations in color and taste and any formation of precipitates that can be suspended by shaking are related to the normal variability of plant-based ingredients and are not an indication of altered product quality.
