Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) d.e. titrated to 0.8% in total sesquiterpene acids; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobile) d.e. titrated to 0.4% total flavonoids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill., seeds] d.e. titrated to 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc, black iron oxides; piperine from black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit d.e., melatonin.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet in the evening shortly before bedtime. Pineal Notte Retard should be taken for the problem of nocturnal awakenings according to individual needs and requirements. The product does not cause daytime drowsiness. Pineal Notte Retard can also be taken by subjects with gluten and lactose intolerance or sensitivity.
