Directions for use:
one 18g sachet of powder is sufficient for 500g of flour.

Features:
baking powder based on cream of tartar and sodium bicarbonate.
Does not contain brewer's yeast.
Phosphate-free.

Ingredients:
acidifying agent: cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate); raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; corn starch.
