Instructions for use
It is recommended to take, depending on individual sensitivity, from 2 to 6 tablets per day at any time. Suggested in the evening before dinner or before going to bed. Close carefully after use.

Warnings
Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Contains senna: do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
