Ingredients
Fish oil rich in DHA, fish gelatin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); firming agent: glycerol (E422); 20% lutein suspension from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta L.) in safflower oil, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); zinc sulfate (zinc); thickener: silicon dioxide (E551); 20% zeaxanthin suspension from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta L.) in soy oil; colorants: iron oxide and hydroxide (E172).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with a sip of water during a meal.
