Description
Food supplement with potassium citrate, vitamin B6 and Phyllanthus niruri extract, with sugar, useful in cases of increased physiological need or reduced dietary intake of its constituent nutrients.

Gluten and lactose free.
The reactive strips, included in the package, are a self-analysis tool that allows the measurement of urine pH. The reactive strips contain reagents which, once in contact with certain substances contained in the urine, are able to produce color changes in a few minutes.

How to use
Concentrated product in a sachet to be consumed after reconstitution in 150 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water), twice a day.
How to use the reactive strips
It is preferable to measure urine pH in the morning, following these procedures:
1. collect a portion of urine in a suitable container;
2. with dry hands, take a reactive strip from those contained in the plastic sachet attached to the package;
3. immerse one tip of the reactive strip in the urine in the container for a few seconds;
4. remove the reactive strip from the container and let any excess urine drip off;
5. after a few minutes, compare the color taken on by the reactive strip with the reference color scale printed on the leaflet contained inside the plastic sachet;
6. record the pH detected, the date and time of detection on a piece of paper;
7. dispose of the reactive strip in the household waste bin;
8. communicate the detected urine pH values to the doctor, to allow him/her to implement a personalized dosage readjustment, if necessary.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For potassium intake, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
The simultaneous intake of certain medications can in turn interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use is not recommended for children.
Contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia (excessive potassium concentrations in the blood), renal failure, in patients undergoing digitalis therapy, in patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
In cardiac patients, the use of the product should be avoided due to the risk of hyperkalemia. It should be used with caution in patients with impaired renal function.
The administration of the product, in subjects taking drugs such as potassium-sparing diuretics (amiloride, triamterene), aldosterone antagonists (spironolactone), ACE inhibitors, anticholinergics or potentially nephrotoxic drugs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), should only take place under strict medical supervision.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water.
