Food supplement based on B vitamins, PABA, Inositol and Sunflower Lecithin titrated in phosphatidylcholine. Its particular high-dosage formulation is useful for general well-being in situations of increased need.
B vitamins promote energy metabolism and the proper functioning of the nervous system. They are found in particular animal-based foods, which is why vegans and vegetarians are often deficient in them. Their integration is also recommended after antibiotic treatments.

Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, with a little water or other liquid.
