Properties
Equisambu tablets, thanks to the presence of Horsetail, are a useful ally for the well-being of nails and hair and promote the maintenance and functional conditions of connective tissues, such as the osteoarticular system. Elderberry, on the other hand, supports the body's natural defenses and stimulates the drainage of body fluids. The preparation is particularly indicated for women in menopause and in counteracting widespread localized tension, due to a sedentary lifestyle or prolonged incorrect postures.

Ingredients
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) sterile stems, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) flowers, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) berries. Bulking agent: cellulose. Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-3 tablets with a little water, before main meals. Maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
