- L-Cystine (sulphurated amino acid) is a form derived from cysteine and is one of the essential components of hair and nails. L-Cystine is part of the composition of keratin in hair and nails.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.
- Zinc helps maintain normal hair and nails and protects cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
L-Cystine; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, talc; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; zinc (zinc sulphate); firming agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: fatty acids; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; L-arginine; colour: riboflavin; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); coating agent: carnauba wax.

Directions for use
4 tablets daily in 1 or 2 doses to be taken during meals for a repeatable 3-month treatment.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
