NEBULIZER SOLUTION

sterile nebulizer solution based on hyaluronic acid, which exerts a protective and barrier effect on the rhinopharyngeal and oropharyngeal mucosa, which is prone to redness and infections. Hyaluronic acid adheres to the surface of the mucosa and, by retaining the physiologically present water, forms a protective film that provides relief to the irritated mucosa. The lubricating and emollient action helps to alleviate all symptoms associated with inflammation such as difficulty swallowing, the sensation of a foreign body in the throat, tickling or dryness. Finally, the barrier effect helps to preserve the integrity of the mucosa by protecting it from harmful external agents and pathogens.

Instructions for use
Adults and children over 6 years of age: one single-dose container per session twice a day. Children aged 2-6 years: half the contents of a single-dose container per session twice a day. The container has a graduation mark corresponding to half a dose. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Administer the solution using aerosol therapy devices (piston only, not ultrasonic). Wash hands before and after using the medical device.
To use, follow these steps:
• 1 Bend the single-dose container in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed.
• 2 Gently shake the single-dose container before use.
• 3 Open the single-dose container by twisting.
• 4 By applying moderate pressure to the walls of the single-dose container, release the solution in the indicated amount and pour it into the nebulizer ampoule.
• 5 If using half a dose, the container can be reclosed by inverting and pressing the cap. The reclosed single-dose container must be stored at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (in the refrigerator) and the remaining quantity must be used within 24 hours of first opening.
It can be used at any time of day without particular time restrictions. The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms; if necessary to improve symptoms, the product can be taken for prolonged periods.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate, chamomile extract, EDTA, N-acetylcysteine, sodium domo, sodium hydroxide, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, dibasic sodium phosphate heptahydrate, water.

Warnings
Product contraindicated for use in children under two years of age. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product's components. The safety of using the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been demonstrated. In such circumstances, it is advisable to consult your doctor. The use, especially prolonged use, of all topical products could lead to sensitization phenomena. In this case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to establish appropriate therapy. If you experience unwanted side effects, described or not in the package leaflet, inform your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Any presence of a sulphurous odor does not indicate alterations of the preparation but is characteristic of a component of the formulation. Do not use beyond the expiry date or if the package is open or damaged.

Storage
The expiry date is indicated on the package, on the aluminum pouch and on the individual single-dose containers; it refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored. Single-dose containers must be stored inside the protective pouch, away from light and heat. If using half a dose, the reclosed single-dose container must be stored at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (in the refrigerator) and used within 24 hours of opening. Medical devices must not be disposed of in wastewater and household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of unused medical devices.
