How to use
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. The end of the insole should be at the base of the toes; this way, the insole may not touch the back of the shoe. For some people, Pain Relief insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a period of intermittent use may be helpful. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until they can be worn all day.
