Serenoa repens dry extract 40% fatty acids	500 mg
Urtica dioica dry extract	100 mg
Resveratrol	40 mg
Zinc	3 mg (30% RDA*)

*RDA: recommended daily allowance.

Directions for use
1-2 capsules daily. For optimal treatment, an initial cycle of 2-3 months is recommended, taking 1-2 capsules daily, followed by a maintenance period with one capsule daily for at least 3 months.
