Pen needles designed to ensure effective and reliable subcutaneous insulin delivery. The needles are compatible with all commercially available insulin pens; they are also compatible with Eli Lilly's Forsteo (osteoporosis) and Humatrope Pen 3 (growth hormone) devices. To ensure maximum patient comfort, each needle is produced with the most advanced technologies:
the triple bevel allows for a reduction in the pressure required to insert the needle tip into the skin;
the exclusive lubrication reduces resistance to needle penetration;
the special smoothing treatment ensures ideal sharpness and removes any metallic residue, allowing the needle to penetrate more easily;
the Thin Wall technology: the needle has a wider inner diameter, which results in improved insulin flow capacity and reduced penetration force.

How to use
BD Micro-fine pen needles are compatible with all currently available pens for diabetes treatment. Using an appropriate needle length and correct injection technique ensures an effective, comfortable, and safe subcutaneous insulin injection, minimizing the risk of intramuscular injections.
