Description

Instructions for use
Apply with fingertips, massaging gently, or with a cotton pad without rubbing. Can be used with or without rinsing.

Aqua (purified water), hexyldecyl stearate, propanediol, niacinamide, 1,2-hexanediol, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, caprylyl glycol, pentylene glycol, xanthan gum.
