Hypertonic means that the saline solution has a salt concentration similar to that of the sea, therefore higher than that of the human body. The use of a hypertonic solution is useful as a support in cases of: chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, for the treatment and prevention of otitis, and for post-operative patients undergoing paranasal sinus surgery.

Instructions for use
The isotonic solution is obtained by dissolving one sachet of salts in the nasal douche and adding 250 ml of lukewarm water.

Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, panthenol (vitamin B5), sodium hyaluronate.
