Green clay, arnica extract, horse chestnut extract, calendula extract, turmeric extract, comfrey extract, wintergreen essential oil, frankincense essential oil, vegetable glycerol.

How to use
Apply directly to clean skin, building up to the desired thickness. On hairy areas, a thin gauze can be placed between the poultice and the skin. For best results, it is advisable to secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it in place. The application time ranges from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when it has warmed up from being cold or when it pulls on the skin.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
