Clinical THERMOMETER

Eco-friendly product.
Mercury-free.
The product allows for easy and precise measurement of body temperature.
It contains a patented liquid composed of gallium, indium, and tin, called galinstan.
Safe, non-toxic, and not harmful to the environment.

Features
High-precision thermometer (+0.1°C/-0.15°C).
Hygienic and completely disinfectable, waterproof.
As it does not contain PVC or nickel, it is suitable for individuals sensitive to these materials.
The product complies with European Union directive 2007/51/EC of September 25, 2007, as it does not contain mercury.

Instructions for use
1) Before beginning the measurement, ensure that the liquid column is below the first numbered mark (between 35 °C and 36 °C).
2) Disinfect the thermometer before and after each use.
3) Position the thermometer according to the type of measurement (axillary, rectal, oral).
4) After about 4 minutes, the thermometer will have detected body temperature. To read the temperature, slowly rotate the thermometer back and forth. The liquid contained in the glass capillary tube of the thermometer indicates the body temperature displayed on the thermometer scale.
5) To reset the thermometer at the end of the measurement, hold it firmly by the end opposite the bulb and shake it firmly by moving your wrist downwards 15 to 20 times to reposition the liquid in the bulb.

Special precautions
The storage temperature of glass thermometers with galinstan must not be below -15°C or above +42°C.
The product is a class I medical device with a measuring function according to directive 93/42/EEC.
