Description
Proctological cream based on natural ingredients.
It is a Medical Device containing glyceric macerate of horse chestnut buds, Centella asiatica extract, glyceric mallow extract, hesperidin and sodium hyaluronate which, thanks to the soothing-protective, lubricating and emollient action of its components, is useful for the treatment of symptoms such as burning, itching, irritation and friction pain in the perianal area associated with hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissures and proctitis.
It therefore represents a valid aid based on natural components to help restore physiological conditions altered by hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissures and proctitis, providing excellent support for proctological therapies.
Its slightly acidic pH formulation respects the environment of the areas to be treated.

Properties
- Glyceric macerate from horse chestnut buds: thanks to its mucoadhesive and humectant effect, it reduces burning, itching, irritation and friction pain in the perianal area.
- Centella asiatica extract: has an antioxidant action, reducing hydroperoxide and inactivating free radicals and chelated metal ions.
- Glyceric mallow extract: known for its soothing and humectant action. It therefore acts in favor of the mechanical action, alleviating symptoms such as burning and discomfort from friction in the perianal area.
- Hesperidin: increases venular-capillary resistance, making interstitial collagen more stable, and inhibits the formation of lysosomal enzymes responsible for damaging the endothelial wall. It has a natural antioxidant and antiprostaglandin action.
- Hyaluronic acid: is a polysaccharide composed of unbranched chain glycosaminoglycans widely present in connective tissue and which plays an important role in tissue repair as it accelerates and modulates re-epithelization processes due to lesions of different origins, restoring tissue tone and elasticity. Furthermore, it has a lubricating action that reduces friction pain during evacuation.

Directions for use
Carefully clean the affected area before applying the product. For external use, apply directly to the affected area. For internal application, use the appropriate endorectal cannula to be screwed onto the tube. Apply the cream to the affected area 3-4 times a day.

Unscrew the cap of the tube and turn it the opposite way, pressing to pierce the aluminum seal (only for first use). Screw the cannula onto the tube instead of the cap, screwing until it stops without forcing. Apply the cream to the affected area. After use, unscrew the cannula, clean it thoroughly with soap and running water, and close the cream tube.

Thorough washing of the affected areas is recommended before application. After application, it is advisable to avoid evacuation for at least 20-30 minutes to prevent premature removal of the cream. If this is not possible, it is recommended to repeat the application after evacuation and after careful washing of the affected areas.

Glyceric macerate from horse chestnut buds 2.5%; Centella asiatica extract 0.1%; glyceric mallow extract 2.5%; hesperidin 1%; sodium hyaluronate 0.1%.

Warnings
Product for rectal use.
Keep the product out of sight and reach of children.
Keep away from eyes.
Do not use the product if the container appears damaged or not perfectly sealed upon first opening. Do not use the product after the expiration date printed on the outer packaging.
Do not use the product in case of known intolerance to any of the components.
The product is not for single use. In case of reuse, particular attention must be paid to correctly closing the tube and to the correct maintenance and cleaning of the cannula according to the usage methods mentioned above.
The use, especially prolonged, of products for topical use, can lead to sensitization phenomena. In such cases, it is necessary to discontinue treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate therapy. If symptoms persist after treatment, consult a doctor.
The product can be used during pregnancy only in cases of actual need and under the direct supervision of the treating physician.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 30°C, in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 30 days.
