Description
Food supplement based on Fennel and Lemon Balm, which help digestive functions, gastrointestinal motility, and the elimination of abdominal gas.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 50 drops of Actenacol drops) shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Water, stabilizer: glycerol; fructose, sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruits) dry extract* titrated to 2% in essential oil, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract* titrated to 4% in rosmarinic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum; melatonin.
Gluten-free.

*Dry extract supported on maltodextrin.

Directions for use
Shake the bottle before use and administer 5 drops/kg/day of Actenacol (maximum dose 50 drops/day) preferably before or during meals. Dilute the drops in a little warm water or milk.
It is recommended to divide the daily dose into two administrations.
Actenacol drops can also be used to make a relaxing herbal tea by dissolving 10 drops in 50 ml of water at the desired temperature.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For correct use of the product in the early years of life, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat sources.
The date reported on the package refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
