How to use
It is recommended to drink a cup of herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water (about 200 ml) into a cup over the filter, making sure to cover it to avoid the dispersion of the most volatile aromatic substances. Let it infuse for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the particular formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, it is preferable to use honey.
