Description
Dietary supplement containing DHA, an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid that is a component of cell membranes, found primarily in the brain and retina. It is a component of breast milk that is particularly important for premature babies.
It is also rich in essential minerals, most of which are at 100% of the daily RDA.

Ingredients
Microencapsulated fish oil (Omega 3), magnesium gluconate, vitamin C (protected ascorbic acid), iron gluconate, niacin (vitamin B3), manganese gluconate, vitamin E, zinc gluconate, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), beta-carotene, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, copper gluconate, folic acid, biotin (vitamin H), vitamin D3, vitamin B12; flavor: lemon; magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
1 capsule daily, preferably before meals, with plenty of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
