ISOMAX
physiological solution
Description
CE sterile medical device, class IIa.
Useful for nasal and ocular cleansing and for aerosol therapy in infants, children, and adults.
Nasal use: in children, the physiological solution facilitates nasal cleansing, often obstructed by mucus. It promotes the elimination of excess secretions. In adults, thanks to its moisturizing action, it relieves the sensation of nasal dryness.
Ocular use: the physiological solution can be used for ocular hygiene in infants via instillation. The physiological solution is also indicated for ocular hygiene in children and adults via washing, eye baths, or application of soaked bandages or cotton.
Inhalation use: the physiological solution is indicated for humidifying the upper and lower respiratory tracts. This solution can be used with both pneumatic and ultrasonic aerosol devices.
It can be used whenever necessary, without any risk in case of prolonged use.
Instructions for use
Nasal use: insert the single-dose vial into the nostril, keeping the head slightly bent, and press gently. Then blow your nose.
Ophthalmic use: instill a few drops into the eye by exerting minimal pressure on the vial and dry with a sterile gauze. In case of treatments with medicines administered nasally or ocularly, it is necessary to use the physiological solution before their administration and not after.
Inhalation use: pour the solution into the device following the instructions provided by the aerosol device manufacturer. If ISOMAX is used to dilute medicines, scrupulously follow the instructions given in the medicine's leaflet.
