ACQUA DI SIRMIONE is a sulfurous, salsobromoiodic thermal water from Terme di Sirmione. ACQUA DI SIRMIONE is bacteriologically pure, rich in natural mineral salts, and has a characteristic, volatile, and therefore variable, sulfur odor. The chemical characteristics of the water are measured annually at the sources; the bottled product may show marginally different concentrations of the various components but retains all the natural therapeutic properties of the thermal water.
ACQUA DI SIRMIONE can be used by adults and children and is particularly indicated and useful:
- for daily cleaning of the nose and nasal cavities, important for combating pollution, dust, smoke, and bacteria that daily attack the nasal mucosa;
- to improve the hydration of the nasal mucous membranes and prevent dryness and irritation;
- to keep the nose clear and naturally counteract a stuffy nose without altering the physiological conditions of the nasal mucosa;
- for cleansing the nose and nasal cavities of catarrhal secretions and for thinning mucus in case of colds, thanks to the fluidifying action and the antiseptic action of sulfur, bromine, and iodine;
- to assist in the treatment of nasal infections, such as rhinitis and sinusitis;
