Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 scoops per day, equal to 30 ml, diluted in one liter of water to be drunk throughout the day. Alternatively, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water and take preferably in the morning before breakfast. It is advisable, during the period of taking the product, to drink plenty of water to help the body eliminate excess fluids.

Warnings
Contains caffeine (24 mg/daily dose). Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not take if you are already consuming other green tea products during the day. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in children under 18 years of age. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
