Instructions for use
Dissolve the powder in a quantity of liquid (water, tea, herbal teas) commensurate with the desired consistency.
The liquid must not exceed room temperature.
For better mixing, it is preferable to use a blender.

It is necessary to take the preparation slowly.
Quantity: considering that the average daily protein requirement is around g/kg of ideal body weight, the maximum recommended intake (3 sachets) is 45 g, which represents about 60% of the requirement for an individual weighing 70 kg.
