Indicated in all situations where stimulation of the organism's reactive capacities is useful: B vitamin deficiencies; convalescence from surgery or debilitating diseases; anemia; vaccination treatments; immunosuppression following antibiotic, antiparasitic, and chemotherapeutic treatments; paresis and tetany; stress of any origin; pregnancies; in young animals and sports animals to promote adequate muscle development; in elderly animals to counteract the muscle decay typical of old age.
STIMULFOS Pet Line is formulated in highly palatable tablets thanks to the flavoring action of high-quality, animal-derived, non-allergenic (average molecular weight less than 1000 Daltons) protein hydrolysates and thanks to the use of B vitamins in the particular Rocoat protected form, which ensures high stability and palatability.
STIMULFOS Pet Line combines three classes of components: beta-glucans, phospholipids, and B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, PP, and Calcium Pantothenate).
Beta-glucans belong to a class of biologically active natural compounds, known as BRMs (Biological Response Modifiers), capable of positively influencing the efficiency of the animal's immune system. Of great importance for their activity are their origin (which can be plant, bacterial, yeast, or fungal, with great qualitative and quantitative differences and activity) and their chemical-physical characteristics (solubility, structure, molecular weight, and number of branches). Macrogard Biorigin beta 1,3/1,6 glucans are polysaccharides extracted from the cell wall of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae using a particular technique that allows them to be concentrated while maintaining their biological activity intact. The intestine is the organ with the most extensive and pronounced immune activity: following oral intake, beta-glucans are able to interact with specific receptors present on the immune cells of the intestinal mucosa, determining and modulating cytokine production, increasing leukocyte activity (phagocytic activity), and stimulating antibody production.
STIMULFOS Pet Line contains a specific source of phospholipids rich in phosphatidic acid, derived from soy, characterized by high bioavailability and purity, and obtained by natural enzymatic methods without the use of chemical extraction methods. Phosphatidic acid is the simplest membrane phospholipid and is also the fundamental intermediate for the synthesis of all other more specific phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol), primary constituents of cell membranes; as a membrane component, phosphatidic acid represents 1-4% of the total cellular phospholipids. Also of significant importance, and discovered only in the last 10 years, is the activity of phosphatidic acid as a lipid mediator at the cellular level; as such, it mediates and regulates several fundamental biochemical processes involved in cell vitality, growth, and proliferation, as well as in reactions to endogenous hormones and organic and physiological stresses of all kinds. The phosphorus intake per tablet due to phosphatidic acid (0.5 mg/10 kg b.w.) is negligible even compared to the minimum dietary intake of a specific diet for chronic kidney disease (300 mg/10 kg b.w.).
STIMULFOS Pet Line contains B vitamins in high concentrations, much higher than the minimum requirements recommended by FEDIAF (Fédération européenne de l'industrie des aliments pour animaux familiers); in STIMULFOS Pet Line, these vitamins are combined to stimulate cellular metabolism and compensate for deficiency conditions or increased needs in situations of metabolic stress, to maintain all coenzymatic systems that use these vitamins intact and efficient. Vitamin B1 is able to act favorably on the nervous system, myocardium, in situations of stress and intense muscular work. Vitamin B2 is involved in biological oxidation processes, promoting normal cellular trophism. Vitamin B6 is involved in protein metabolism, especially in the bone marrow and nervous system, liver, and skin. Vitamin B12 is part of essential coenzymes for cell growth and replication, especially concerning hematopoiesis, the central and peripheral nervous system, and the liver. Vitamin PP plays a fundamental role in numerous oxidation-reduction reactions essential for tissue respiration. Pantothenic acid is a cofactor in enzymatic reactions of oxidative metabolism of carbohydrates, in the synthesis and degradation of fatty acids, in the synthesis of sterols and steroid hormones. Its deficiency leads to signs of neuromuscular degeneration and adrenocortical insufficiency. STIMULFOS Pet Line also contains Vitamin E which, thanks to its antioxidant properties, protects the body's cell membranes by sequestering free radicals and preventing their propagation.

Instructions for use
One tablet per 10 kg of animal weight once a day.
The daily dose can be doubled depending on the animal's condition and the veterinarian's opinion.
To be administered for at least two weeks.
The palatable tablets can be administered directly or crumbled into some preferred food.
The tablets are divisible into four parts to facilitate weight adjustment: place the tablet on a flat surface with the side bearing the fracture lines facing upwards; press the center of the tablet with your thumb to divide it into 4 quarters.
