Contains theanine, melatonin and valerian, which promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress.

Ingredients
Water, alcohol, L-theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) leaves, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% valerenic acids (supported on maltodextrin), melatonin, sweet orange essential oil (Citrus aurantium var. dulcis L.).

Sugar-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 30 drops (corresponding to 1 ml) 1-2 times a day in a little water.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
