Food supplement with creatine, carnitine, arginine, glutathione, vitamins and mineral salts, indicated in cases of low intake of these nutrients through the diet or in cases of increased need. It can be useful for those who practice physical and sports activities to support increased energy needs and replenish salts lost through sweating.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet twice a day, dissolved in a glass of still water.

Warnings
Contains a source of phenylalanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), a doctor's opinion is necessary. Consult your doctor also in case of overdose. The product is contraindicated in cases of renal insufficiency, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children under 12 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoiding exposure to localized heat sources, direct sunlight, and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
