St. John's Wort and Valerian are useful for relaxation and mental well-being, while Licorice and Pineapple are useful for the functionality of the digestive system.

Ingredients
Capsule content: Pineapple (Ananas comosus Merr.) juice and stems dry extract titrated to 250 GDU/g in enzymatic activity as bromelain (pineapple, maltodextrin), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) deglycyrrhizinated root dry extract (licorice, maltodextrin), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% in total sesquiterpenic acids as valerenic acid (valerian, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide; St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) aerial part dry extract titrated to 0.3% in total hypericins as hypericin (St. John's Wort, maltodextrin). Bulking agent: Dibasic calcium phosphate. Outer casing (may contain sulfur dioxide): Gelatin, Colorant: Titanium dioxide.

Instructions for use
Take 2 capsules daily.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy. Contains licorice: avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking medicines, consult your doctor before using the product, as St. John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
