Dietary supplement consisting of a group of functional substances that are physiologically present in our body. The active ingredients contained therein contribute to promoting mood through the modulation of the synthesis of certain neurotransmitters, and contribute to normal psychological function. Levo methylfolate, S-adenosyl-L-methionine, and some B vitamins such as riboflavin B2, pyridoxine B6 and cyanocobalamin B12, act to ensure that L-tryptophan can be converted first into serotonin and then into melatonin, and L-tyrosine can be converted first into dopamine and then into norepinephrine.
It integrates physiological nutritional elements that contribute to normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and a normal mood.

Instructions for use
1 tablet per day unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor. To improve the absorption of the active ingredients, it is advisable to take the tablets between meals.
