Sinergen Minerale is indicated in cases of magnesium, potassium and vitamin C deficiency, which can be caused by excessive sweating, reduced dietary intake, increased need, or excessive loss of body fluids.
Sinergen Minerale helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance thanks to magnesium, and supports normal nervous and muscle function due to the action of magnesium and potassium. In addition, vitamin C aids normal energy metabolism.
The effervescent tablet form of Sinergen Minerale ensures excellent water solubility and high assimilability of the mineral salts.

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; potassium bicarbonate; magnesium carbonate, magnesium lactate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), flavorings; sweetener: sorbitol; L-leucine; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; coloring: beta-carotene.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1 effervescent tablet per day, as needed, dissolved in a glass (200 ml) of water. The effervescent tablet can also be taken dissolved in half a liter (500 ml) of water, to be drunk throughout the day or during sports activity.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store at room temperature (not above 25 °C). Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored.
