Adjuvant treatment for reparative processes in cases of:
- irritations and redness, including those following peeling, hair removal, and laser treatments;
- superficial lesions: chapping, scratches, abrasions, erythema, first and second-degree burns, superficial cuts;
- deep lesions: surgical wounds, pressure sores, ulcers.
It exerts its activity thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a mucopolysaccharide abundantly distributed in multiple body tissues. Hyaluronic acid, due to its ability to retain water, forms a film that moisturizes, accelerates, and improves the process of re-epithelialization and tissue repair.

How to use
Wash hands before and after using the medical device.
Thoroughly cleanse the area to be treated before each application.
Break the tube seal using the back of the cap. Dispense an adequate amount of product depending on the area to be treated and apply with a light massage. If necessary, cover with gauze. Close the tube with the cap.

Adults and children: apply 2-3 times a day or as directed by a physician.
If necessary, CICATRIDINA ointment can be used for prolonged periods; in any case, after 30 days of use, discontinue treatment and consult a physician.

Components
Hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.2%, water, paraffin oil, cetylstearyl alcohol, sweet almond oil, steareth-2, steareth-21, glycerin, sorbitol, silicone oil, chlorhexidine digluconate, imidazolidinyl urea, EDTA disodium salt, BHT.

Warnings
For external use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not ingest.
In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, as specific clinical studies have not been conducted, consult a physician before using the device.
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product's components.
No interactions with other products are known, therefore it is advisable to consult a physician before using CICATRIDINA ointment in combination with other medical devices or topical medications.
The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products could lead to sensitization phenomena. In such a case, or if other undesirable effects are found, discontinue treatment and consult your physician or pharmacist.
After first opening, do not use the product if there are visible signs of degradation such as yellowing or an unpleasant odor.

Storage
Keep tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored. Do not use beyond the expiry date or if the packaging is open or damaged.
Shelf life of intact packaging: 36 months.
