Food supplement in powder form based on phosphoserine, glutamine and B vitamins.
B vitamins are useful for supporting normal psychological function even in cases of fatigue and/or during periods of intense study and work. Furthermore, pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Instructions for use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved directly in the mouth or, if preferred, dissolved in water or other non-hot liquid.
